The Restaurant Es Molí Sant Elm is right next to the nature reserve Dragonera, in the south-west of Mallorca. At the beginning of the road that goes up to la Sierra de Tramuntana you can see parked a conspicuous and beautiful blue Seat 600 of the year 1969, there is the entrance of Es Molí Sant Elm.

Standing out for its design and its romantic and modern atmosphere, we pride ourselves in offering a calm environment far enough away from the shorefront to not be disturbed by the noisy beachgoers, but also close enough to be in walking distance.

Jack Balaguer, in the year 2010 decided to start a Restaurant where he placed importance on the feeling the he felt when travelling the world enjoying fabulous restaurants.
“A nice place where you can eat product of quality and they cook with love and passion”, says Jack.

The menu is made up of fresh products and Spanish dishes with an elaborate international touch, a kitchen run by César Pascual.

It’s not only a place of passage for the summer visitors, it’s also a place to stay and enjoy. The atmosphere is very familiar, all the staff get along well and you can feel the radiating good energy. Our clients are local and international, we take pride in creating a working staff that feels like a family to provide this experience making people want to come again.
